In TYPO3 steht ein eigenes PlugIn zur Verfügung, das personenbezogene Daten für die Anzeige von Mitarbeiter/innen-Profile zusammenführt. Dieses PlugIn hat die Bezeichnung Personen-/Team-/Abteilungs-/Publikationen-Übersicht. Die Daten für die Anzeige stammen aus dem WU-internen BACH System - die Verbindung entsteht durch die Verwendung des WU Accountnamens. Daten, die in BACH nicht angelegt (Ergänzen oder bearbeiten der persönlichen Informationen im WU Directory) wurden (wie z.B. ein Profilbild, eine Funktion oder eine Aufgabenbeschreibung) können für TYPO3 gesondert erfasst werden.

Rufen Sie die URL https://www.wu.ac.at/profile auf und melden Sie sich mit Ihren WU Accountdaten an (das ist nicht notwendig, wenn Sie an anderer Stelle bereits über das Single-Sign-On System angemeldet wurden).

Folgende Daten können an dieser Stelle erfasst werden:

• Bild - achten Sie an dieser Stelle bitte darauf, ein quadratisches Bild zu verwenden; dies wird durch die runde Form des Rahmens bedingt. Informieren Sie sich bitte davor über die empfohlenen Bildgrößen.

• Funktion

• Aufgabe - hier ist nur normaler Fließtext ohne besondere Formatierungen möglich.

Bitte beachten Sie:

Bei zweisprachig geführten Webseiten muss auch das Profil in zwei Sprachen angelegt werden. Dazu verwenden Sie den Sprachwechselbutton rechts oben auf der Seite https://www.wu.ac.at/profile.

TYPO3 provides its own plug-in that combines personal data for the display of employee profiles. This plug-in is called the Person/Team/Department/Publication Overview. The data for this feature are taken from WU's internal BACH system - the connection is established by using the WU username. Data that has not been added to BACH (Complete Personal Information in the WU Directory, e.g. a profile picture, your job position or your responsibilities) can be entered separately for TYPO3.

Visit the URL https://www.wu.ac.at/profile and log in with your WU login data (this is not necessary if you are already logged in to your WU account elsewhere using the Single Sign-On System).

The following data can be added on this page:

• Profile picture - at this point please make sure to use a square image; this is due to the round shape of the frame. Please inform yourself in advance about the recommended image sizes.

• Job position

• Responsibilities - here only normal continuous text without special formatting is possible.

Please note: In the case of bilingual websites, the profile must also be created in two languages. To do this, use the language change button at the top right of the page https://www.wu.ac.at/profile.
